We use NZ Couriers for all of our shipping. |
Costs |
We charge a low cost of $6.99 New Zealand wide |
Amending Orders |
Customers can cancel or amend orders up until we fulfil the item. Contact us either on +64211053552 or send us an email within the same business day as we aim to fulfil orders within 24 hours. |
Time Frames |
Auckland and North Island = 1-2 days after being shipped. Everywhere else in New Zealand = 3-7 days after being shipped. |
Shipping Locations |
Minim Razors have 1 location based Auckland where we ship out of. We ship only within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally. |
Tracking |
Customers can track their parcels when we have fulfilled the order and provided a tracking number through NZ Couriers. Customers are sent an email with the relevant tracking number and information that Minim Razors have fulfilled the order. |

Returns |
We are a small company and pride ourselves on delivering a great product and for happy customers to be satisfied. In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your Eco Razor for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we'll be happy to provide a full refund. You will need to pay for shipping to post the Eco-Razor back to us. |
Delays |
If there is any reason for shipping delays to our service, please note that because we aim to fulfil orders within 24 hours, it is most likely out of our hands and it's with NZ Couriers. |
